Project Requirements - We will sit down and discuss all the things that the client would like to see on their website. We will make sure that the client knows what is involved in each element (including approximate time and cost). We will also make sure that each element required for the completion of the project is well thought out (what features are required, how everything should function, etc). We will make sure that the client's project requirements are final and will not have to be changed after the project has already begun.

Mach Designs - We will create multiple mach designs of the web project based on the client's project requirements. This will allow the client to see some of the options that are available to them. We will refine the designs until they look the way the client would want the finished project to appear. This process will save time for the web developer as well as create a set of expectations for the functionality and design of the final product.

Content Analysis - We want to make sure that the client's content is ready to be published on the web. Websites should not read like a document; rather, they should be engaging. We will work with the client to make sure that their content is formatted for the web. We will also help the client determine what kind of images, graphics and flash animations they require.
